Deck the Walls
A Holiday Celebration for Young Artists
Deck the Walls is Contemporary Arts Memphis’ signature end-of-year celebration, bringing together art, community, and philanthropy in support of the next generation of Memphis artists. The evening features an exhibition and silent auction of original artwork created by CAM Fellows—local high school artists participating in CAM’s year-round programming.
Guests are invited to experience the work, celebrate with the CAM community, and take home an original piece of art while directly supporting a young artist’s creative practice. 50% of every artwork sale goes directly to the student artist, with the remaining 50% supporting CAM’s programs and opportunities for Fellows, including studio space, materials, mentorship, and travel.
It’s an evening centered on celebrating young artists, investing in their creative futures, and experiencing the vibrant artistic community CAM is building in Memphis.
Join us for Deck the Walls 2026 at the Halloran Centre for an evening celebrating the creativity of Memphis’ young artists. The event will feature an exhibition and silent auction of original work by CAM Fellows, alongside an elevated evening of art, connection, and holiday celebration.
